TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. For serious buyer only.

2. All items are NEW unless stated otherwise.

3. All items are ready stock unless stated otherwise.

4. Items are based on first come first serve basis.

5. Please clarify all doubts before ordering/ purchasing.

6. All prices are fixed. No negotiable as i have to be fair to other buyers.

7. Price stated NOT inclusive postage fee.

8. Reservation is allowed up to three (3) days only. Fail at such, we reserve the right to cancel and resell the item without prior notice.

9. All transactions are final. Sold goods are not returnable/ refundable. So please kindly check the size (as measurement is given).

10. We ensure all items sold are in excellent condition. We are not liable for any damage or loss due to manhandling during delivery.

11. Please take note that colours of the item(s) displayed here might slightly differ in the final product due to photographing and monitor resolution.

12. Sold item will be deleted from the list to avoid confusion.

13. Tracking number will be provided for your reference by email/ sms.

ORDERING AND RESERVATION

1. To make a reservation, you can contact us through email or sms (as given above) with following details :

(vi) Delivery method

2. To make an order, you can just straight away fill in the order form at the top of the page and submit to us.

3. Check your email within 24 hrs for stock confirmation,delivery & payment procedure.

4. You must contact us within three (3) days to confirm your order.

5. For Pre-Order item, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required once order has been confirmed.

6. No cancellation can be made after confirmation.

7. Item(s) are not refundable/exchangeable once payment has been made.

PAYMENT

1. Payment must be made within three (3) days of confirmation to avoid order cancellation.

2. Type of the payment:
- MBB (Maybank2u, Cash deposit, Over the counter)
- CIMB (CIMB clicks, Cash deposit, Over the counter)

3. For safety purposes, account details will only be given by email once the order has been confirmed.

4. Please notify us once the payment has been made either through email/sms.

5. Item will be process for shipping only after full payment is received.

6. All items are priced in MYR.

:: BABY TIGHTS WASHING TECHNIQUES ::

1 - Turn the tights inside out.

2 - Add a small amount of liquid detergent to warm water. DO NOT use hot water, as this can case shrinkage.

3 - Immerse the tights and gently rub them together for several minutes, paying particular attention to the crotch and feet.

4 - Rinse throughly in warm water till clear.

5 - Roll the tights into a ball and squeeze gently.

6 - Place the tights stretched out on a clean, dry towel. Roll the towel up and press on it hard to help remove any excess water.

7 - Allow to dry.

8 - Machine washing is not recomended - but if you are going to machine wash, use the laundry bag with gentle cycle and dry as above.
